Call for Nominations
HAGO is currently seeking nominations for individuals to serve on the HAGO Board of Directors. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the leadership and strategic direction of the organization. The following positions are open:

Your submission should include:
Secretary (Voting Director Position) – 1 open position
As the Secretary on the Board of Directors, you will serve a 1-year term (September 19, 2025 – September 19, 2026). You will attend all board meetings and be responsible for maintaining the official register of members’ names, addresses, and membership status. You will oversee all official correspondence of the Association and keep accurate records of the annual meeting, Board of Directors meetings, and committee meetings. Additionally, you will serve as an ex-officio member of all committees. This is a voting position open to any Full or Associate Member.
Member-At-Large (Voting Director Position) – 2 open positions
As a Member-At-Large on the Board of Directors, you will serve a 2-year term (September 19, 2025 – September 19, 2027). You will attend all board meetings, represent as a voice for the Corporation membership to the Board and help preserve Corporation memory and continuity in board functions and decisions through the two-year term. This is a voting position open to any Full or Associate Member.
Member-In-Training (Non-voting Director Position) – 1 open position
As a Member-In-Training on the Board of Directors, you will serve a 1-year term (September 19, 2025 – September 19, 2026). You will attend all board meetings and represent as a voice for the Member-in-Training membership to the Board. This is a non-voting position open to any Member-In-Training. This is an excellent opportunity for a resident or fellow member to become better known within HAGO and develop leadership skills.
